1. Any custom products that have been ordered and manufactured specifically to your instruction are non-refundable. Stock items that have been ordered in and have no faults can be returned with a re-stocking charge of 25%, carriage charges may also apply to cover the cost of return.

You will be responsible for packing and postage costs and we ask that you use Royal Mail tracked delivery service to be delivered to us on a working day (Mon – Fri) Our office and warehouse isn’t open at the weekends to accept returns via courier.
