I was trying to find the correct nuts and bolts for a broken piece of machinery, and the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Despite only needing two bolts, the member of staff who assisted me kindly provided them free of charge, which was a very thoughtful gesture and greatly appreciated. I also purchased a few other items during my visit, and nothing seemed to be too much trouble for the team. The level of customer service was outstanding from start to finish. First time I've ever been into this shop before but was recommended you by Screwfix after both them and Wickes didn't have what I was looking for. I was dealt with by a really nice guy called Keith who didn't at all make me feel like the clueless female DIY first timer that I was. He had exactly what I was after and I didn't have to pay or take home anymore than the exact amount I needed which I was super pleased with!
